                             RESOLUTION NO.   20047
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
                   AGREEMENT WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY,
                   RELATIVE TO ASSISTANCE IN PICKING UP BRUSH
                   AND TRASH FROM CITY STREETS DURING THE
                   MONTHS OF NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER, 1993, AND
                   JANUARY, 1994, UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS
                   DESCRIBED MORE FULLY HEREINBELOW.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of an Agreement with the Department of the Army,
       relative to assistance in picking up brush and trash from City
       streets during the months of November and December, 1993, and
       January, 1994, with the Department of the Army to supply 
personnel
       and equipment and the City to provide the Department of the Army
       fuel, a hold harmless clause and assume all liability.
